About me
Dr. Kelly Goonan is an Associate Professor of Outdoor Recreation in Parks and Tourism at Southern Utah University, and also serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Health Sciences. She is passionate about applied, experiential learning and helping students turn their passions into meaningful careers. She has a Ph.D. in Human Dimensions of Ecosystem Science and Management from Utah State University and has taught at SUU since 2014. She lives in Parowan with her family and loves traveling, eating at local restaurants, and recreating in Utah's stunning landscapes.
